Unless otherwise stated, you have the right after receipt of the order to return the ordered spare parts within a period of 14 working days. But subject to that the spare parts must
be delivered intact to SimParts. If this is not the case, unfortunately we can not take back the spare parts and we can not return refund the amount.
Would you like to return the entire order? The received spare parts must be returned within 14 working days to the return address as mentioned below. SimParts will refund to you the entire purchase price. The shipping costs for returning is for your own account. Even when returning a part of your order, the shipping costs are for your own account. The purchase price of the spare parts you have returned will be refunded to you.
Parts specially ordered at the request of the customer and electronic components can not be exchanged and/or returned. These parts are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be made in writing to SimParts. This can be via email or post. You must provide your full name, email address and order number.
For the refund of the money we need your bank account. Customers from abroad must pass on the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank account. Please note that the bank account you specify for the refund must be the same bank account from which you have made the payment to SimParts. This is due to possible fraud with refunds. The amount will be refunded within 14 working days.
Unfortunately there is no refund possible of the spare part as it:
♦ was not notified in writing
♦ is used
♦ is damaged
♦ has damaged packaging
♦ not good and properly packaged return is sent.
